If you decide to cancel your lessons before a period of six weeks, your admin fee will be refunded in full. 

Enrolling In Our School

As a member of The Octave Music Centre‘s academy you have access to our wonderful annual recitals at the Guelph Youth Music Centre.

We typically hold four recitals a year, the soonest one being our Halloween recital, followed by our holiday recital, our Red Carpet recital in March, and our end of year recital in June.

Lessons are $120 a month and, for your convenience, invoices are automatically sent out to you on the first of every month.

Our lessons are tuition based, which means you are paying monthly toward a balance that is equivalent to the number of lessons you’ll end up receiving by the end of the school semester, in June. Our school term typically beings in September and runs until the end of June. If you are beginning your enrolment later on in the school term, your overall tuition amount will be reduced by beginning your payments in the month that you start lessons.

When monthly payments are missed, we do allow a week for the payment to be made, but beyond that there is a risk that the student will lose their spot on the schedule. We offer a reliable auto-pay option for our students. Our system is able to safely and securely store your card information to automatically generate the payments each month. This ensures that your student never misses a lesson.

Each student and parent has access to our Online Portal, where you can see your lesson times, notes from your teacher, and so much more.
