C Major and D Akebono Pentatonic scales: The word “pentatonic” comes from the Greek word pente meaning five and tonic meaning tone. It is a musical scale that consists of five notes within one octave. Because of their arrangement, pentatonic scales are often used to introduce beginners to music.

C Major Play Along scale (full scale, not pentatonic) is great for playing songs and for free form jamming. It is very compatible with other instruments. Pairs great with many of our other drums and is fun as a stand alone instrument. 15 songs are included to play along with the included numbers for you to apply to the drum, just follow along with the numbers on the drum.
